摘要
电动汽车商业模式的创新可以在很大程度上突破电动汽车的技术瓶颈,充分挖掘隐藏在电动汽车内在经济价值。然而,电动汽车商业模式创新绝非易事,截至目前主导性的商业模式仍未出现。因此,从宏观层、传统汽车产业层和电动汽车产业层等多个层次着手,从价值主张、价值网络、价值获取等多个维度,对我国当前电动汽车商业模式创新面临的主要障碍进行分析具有必要性,并在此基础上提出相应的对策建议。
The innovation of electric vehicle business model can break through the technical bottleneck and fully tap the inherent economic value within electric vehicle.However,electric vehicle business model innovation is not easy,so far,the dominant model has not appeared.Therefore,it is needed to analyze the main obstacles of the current electric vehicle business model innovation in China both from multi levels including the macro level,the traditional automobile industry level and the electric vehicle industry level and multi dimensions including thevalue proposition,value network,value acquisition and so on.Corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are then put forward on this basis.
