摘要
免疫细胞作为免疫系统的主要功能单元,在生理条件下是机体免疫活动的关键参与者、机体健康的保护者,然而在某些病理条件下(如器官缺血再灌注)可介导、加重组织损伤。肠缺血再灌注因累及范围广、治疗难度大、预后较差等成为棘手的临床疾病。肠缺血再灌注后多种免疫细胞被大量招募、激活,通过分泌促炎因子、产生活性氧类和抗体及与其他免疫系统成分相互作用等方式介导肠及多种远隔器官的损伤。故深入探究免疫细胞参与介导肠缺血再灌注损伤的具体机制并在此基础上加以干预可为临床防治肠缺血再灌注所致肠及远隔器官损伤提供有力的帮助。
As the primary functional unit of the immune system,immune cells are key participants in the body′s immune activities and protectors of body health under physiological conditions.However,they can mediate and aggravate tissue damage under certain pathological conditions,such as organ ischemia-reperfusion.Intestinal ischemia-reperfusion has become a difficult clinical disease due to its wide range of involvement,difficult treatment,and poor prognosis.After intestinal ischemia-reperfusion,a variety of immune cells are recruited and activated in large numbers,and mediate the injury of the intestine and various remote organs by secreting pro-inflammatory factors,producing reactive oxygen species,producing antibodies,and interacting with other immune system components,etc.Therefore,in-depth exploration of the specific mechanism and interventions on this basis can provide powerful help for the clinical prevention and treatment of intestinal ischemia-reperfusion induced intestinal and remote organ injuries.
