摘要
传统的电网规划设计和评审工作往往以二维平面的方式展开,在此方式下对电网规划设计和评审的可视化程度不高,为使用户、设计人员和评审人员快速、直观、清晰的了解电网规划设计和评审的详细信息,利用数字化电网技术灵活、直观和信息高承载性的特点,优化传统电网规划设计平面工作管理方式,以三维、全景的方式协助规划、设计和评审电力系统布局、风险因素识别等工作,并详细描述了数字化电网平台的架构设计、数据类型、算法流程,实现了电网结构智能设计,辅助规划选址、线路布局等风险点的自动识别和可视化展示的规划设计评审方法,有效提升了电网规划设计的可靠性,经济性和稳定性。
