轧钢含油污泥油-水-固三相比例及成分分析 被引量:2

摘要 轧钢含油污泥成分复杂、分布不均、差异性大,水油固三相比例和成分分析均缺乏相关的国家标准。不同的轧钢油泥需要不同的处理工艺,因此弄清楚油泥的组成比例和成分就显得尤为重要。通过对含水率、含油率、含渣率三相比例的测试方法对比分析发现共沸蒸馏法更适合同时测定水油固三相的比例。此外,还探讨了轧钢油泥的油分和残渣中理化特性的测试方法,发现气相色谱可以有效的检测出油中的组分,在线前处理+气相色谱的测试方法能够进一步提高准确度,残渣的分析则需要结合多种测试手段。 The composition of oily sludge from steel rolling is complex,unevenly distributed and different,and there are no relevant national standards for water oil solid three-phase ratio and composition analysis.Different steel rolling sludge needs different treatment process,so it is very important to know the composition of sludge.It is found that azeotropic distillation is more suitable for simultaneous determination of water oil solid three-phase ratio.In addition,the test methods of oil content and physicochemical properties in the residue of steel rolling oil sludge were also discussed.It was found that gas chromatography can effectively detect the components in the oil.The online pretreatment-gas chromatography test method can further improve the accuracy,and the residue analysis needs to combine multiple test methods.
