摘要
针对景德镇电厂燃煤煤质严重偏离设计参数,导致磨煤机出力下降、单耗高、可靠性差,影响机组安全经济运行的问题,从ZGM型中速辊盘式磨煤机原理和现状着手,进行了多种改造方案的实践和试验分析,对比得出加载力提升改造和文丘里式动环改造2种方案,综合实施后,磨煤机最大出力可提高18%;并可有效降低同等煤量下的磨煤机电流,制粉单耗较改造前下降10%,尤其在煤量50~60 t/h时较为明显,除提效降耗效果优异外,还充分考虑了改造的性价比和长期可靠性,实现了综合效益最大化,是同类型磨煤机改造的良好实践。
In view of Jingdezhen power plant coal-fired coal quality seriously deviated from the design parameters,resulting in the grinder power decline,high single consumption,poor reliability,affecting the safety and economic operation of the unit.Starting from the principle and present situation of ZGM medium-speed roller disc grinder,the practice and test analysis of various transformation schemes were carried out,and two schemes of load enhancement and Venturi dynamic ring transformation were compared,and the maximum yield of the grinding machine could be increased by 18%after comprehensive implementation coal machine current,powder consumption than before the transformation of the drop of 10%,especially in the coal volume 50 to 60 t/h is more obvious,in addition to the effect of excellent efficiency reduction,but also fully consider the cost-effective and long-term reliability of the transformation,to achieve maximum comprehensive benefits,is the same type of grinding machine transformation of good practice.
