颅内动脉瘤早期介入治疗对患者认知功能、血清因子水平的影响及安全性

The effect of early interventional treatment of intracranial aneurysm on patients’ cognitive function,serum factor levels and its safety

目的探讨颅内动脉瘤显微外科早期手术介入对患者认知功能、血清因子水平的影响及安全性。方法选取2016年1月-2019年10月在我院行颅内动脉瘤显微外科手术治疗的患者96例为研究对象,发病时间3 d内手术的48例设为观察组,发病时间超过3 d手术的48例设为对照组,对比两组认知功能、血清因子以及并发症。结果观察组术后简易智力状态检查量表(MMSE)、蒙特利尔认知评估量表(MoCA)评分高于对照组(P<0.05);基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)、髓过氧化物酶(MPO)、神经烯醇化酶(NSE)水平低于对照组(P<0.05);脑梗死、脑积水、脑血管痉挛的发生率以及术后再出血率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论颅内动脉瘤显微外科早期手术介入有助于提高患者的认知功能,改善患者的血清因子水平,安全性好。

Objective To investigate the effect of early microsurgical intervention of intracranial aneurysm on patients’cognitive function,serum factor levels and its safety.Methods Dataof 96 patients who underwent microsurgery for intracranial aneurysmin our hospitalfrom January 2016 to October 2019 was retrospectively analyzed,48 patients who were operated within 3 days of onset were in the observation group,and those who were operated after3 days of onset were inthe control group.The cognitive function,serum factors and complicationsof the two groups were compared.Results The observation group had higher scores on the Postoperative Simple Intelligence Examination Scale(MMSE)and Montreal Cognitive Assessment Scale(MoCA)than the control group(P<0.05);matrix metalloproteinase-9(MMP-9),myeloperoxide Enzyme(MPO)and neuroenolase(NSE)levels were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05);the incidence of cerebral infarction,hydrocephalus,cerebral vasospasm and postoperative rebleeding rate were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Early microsurgical intervention of intracranial aneurysmis helpful to improve the cognitive function of patients and improve the serum factor levels,which is with high safety.
