观察支具固定配合中药浸洗治疗骨折的疗效

Efficacy of brace fixation combined with traditional Chinese medicine immersion in the treatment of fractures

目的观察传统手法整复低温热塑材料支具固定配合活血止痛散浸洗治疗关节骨折的临床疗效。方法将78例桡骨远端骨折患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组39例。对照组采取手法整复新型外固定支具固定,术后进行腕关节康复训练。观察组在完成手法整复外固定及康复训练的基础上每天配合中药浸洗。比较两组患者疼痛程度、肿胀程度及关节功能。结果两组治疗后VAS评分、肿胀程度评分及关节功能比较,观察组均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论手法整复支具固定联合活血止痛散浸洗治疗桡骨远端骨折可以减轻疼痛、缓解肿胀、改善关节活动度。

Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of traditional restoring low-temperature thermoplastic material brace fixation combined with Huoxuezhitongsan immersion in the treatment of joint fractures.Methods 78 patients with distal radius fractures were randomly divided into observation group and control group,39 cases in each group.The control group was fixed with a new type of external fixation brace and received wrist rehabilitation training after operation.The observation group cooperated with traditional Chinese medicine immersion every day on the basis of thecontrol group.The pain degree,swelling degree and joint function of the two groups were compared.Results The comparison of VAS score,swelling degree score and joint function between the two groups after treatment showed that the observation group was better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Manipulation brace fixation combined with Huoxuezhitongsan immersion can reduce pain,relieve swelling,and improve joint mobility in the treatment of distal radius fractures.
