本文针对在第六采油厂首次使用的单管通球不掺水集油工艺,分析其工法特点,适用范围、工艺原理、工艺流程与操作及主要施工要点,借鉴了长庆油田在施工过程当中的一些经验和教训,结合自己对施工工艺的理解和把握,编写了施工管理要点。

This article analyzes the characteristics of the construction method,the scope of application,the process principle,the process flow and operation and the main construction points of the singletube through-ball without water oil collection process used in the sixth plant for the first time,and draws lessons from the construction process of Changqing Oilfield Some of the experience and lessons of the company,combined with my understanding and grasp of the construction process,compiled the key points of construction management.
