油田维修改造工程项目监理探讨

油田维系改造项目是油田生产运行中的常见工程相比,在油田进入后期开采阶段后,维修改造项目比重逐步增加,维修改造工程项目具有工程项目种类繁多、项目设计技术领域较广泛、项目分布零散、施工环境复杂等多诸多特点,导致其项目监理工作难度较高,容易出现资金失控、进度失控、质量质控等诸多因监理工作不到位造成的检查问题。课题研究由此出发,以油田维修改造工程项目监理工作的特点与难点作为研究切入点,从规范油田工程项目市场建设、促进工程监理市场良性发展等角度提出油田维修改造工程项目监理的优化策略。

Oilfield maintenance and transformation project is a common project in oilfield production and operation.Compared with the maintenance and transformation project,the proportion of maintenance and transformation project increases gradually after the oilfield enters the later stage of exploitation.Maintenance and transformation project has many characteristics,such as a wide range of engineering projects,a wide range of project design technology,scattered project distribution,complex construction environment,etc,As a result,the project supervision is more difficult,and it is easy to have many problems,such as out of control of funds,out of control of progress,quality control and so on.From this point of view,taking the characteristics and difficulties of oilfield maintenance and reconstruction project supervision as the breakthrough point,this paper puts forward the optimization strategy of oilfield maintenance and reconstruction project supervision from the perspective of standardizing oilfield project market construction and promoting the benign development of engineering supervision market.
