摘要
我国聋人从教面临多重现实困境,聋人在聋教育中的重要作用尚未充分发挥。要摆脱聋人从教的困境,充分发挥聋人在聋教育中的积极作用,提高当下聋教育的质量,需要调整考试形式、拓宽聋人教师的培养途径,将更多优秀的聋人纳入到师资队伍中来,为聋教育增添新的力量。
The important role of the deaf in deaf education has not been fully realized.To get rid of the predicament of teaching deaf people,give full play to the positive role of deaf people,and improve the quality of deaf education,it is necessary to adjust the examination form,broaden the training way of deaf teachers,and bring more excellent deaf teachers into the teaching staff,so as to add new strength to deaf education.
