The Reform Path of Shandong Higher Music Education in the New Era——Taking Shandong as an Example

新时代,由于得益于社会经济的调整发展,高等音乐教育也得到快速发展,但也同时存在不少问题,诸如山东省,虽地处东部沿海,地理人文环境优越,是全国知名的人口大省、经济大省、文化大省、高等教育大省,高等音乐教育起步较早、发展较快、规模较大、质量较好,但也存在同质化较严重、办学质量不很高、开放办学格局不够大、办学条件不够强等问题,因此,高等音乐教育须要明确发展定位以突出办学特色、深化培养模式改革并严格学习过程管理、扩大国际交流并加强国内合作、改善办学条件并优化育人环境,这样,才能走上更好的发展道路。

In the new era,with the adjustment development of social economy,higher music education has gained a rapid development,but there are still some existing problems.Shandong,a well-known province with large population,economy,culture,and higher education in China,is located on the eastern coast,possessing the superior geographical and cultural environment.Affected by such a rich cultural soil,higher music education started since an earlier period,developed into a larger scale rapidly,and obtained a relatively good quality.However,problems such as more serious for homogeneity,poor quality for running schools,small opening school structure and weak conditions for running schools obstacle its development.Therefore,Shandong higher music education in the new era is required to clarify its development positioning first,so as to highlight school-running characteristics,deepen reforms of training models,strictly manage learning processes,expand international exchanges,strengthen domestic cooperation,improve conditions for running schools,and optimize education environment.So that it can advance towards a better development path.
