5个旅热驯化玉米自交系配合力及遗传参数分析

摘要 丹东农业科学院用玉米温带旅大红骨种质驯化改良热带苏湾种质所得5个自交系为母本,国内4个骨干自交系为父本,按P_(1)×P_(2)不完全双列杂交设计,采用NCⅡ分析方法,对14个性状的配合力及群体遗传参数进行研究。配合力分析结果表明:丹LR5和丹LR3多个性状一般配合力高,可直接利用。丹LR5×D420、丹LR5×丹717和丹LR3×D420组合具有较强的杂种优势,有较大的增产潜力。通过对遗传参数的分析,旅热驯化玉米自交系组配杂交种时除选用一般配合力较高的双亲外也要注重对特殊配合力的利用。 The combining ability and genetic parameters of 14 characters were studied,based on an incom-plete diallel cross design,with five tropic-suwan lines which were domesticated by lvda germplasm were used as female,and 4 domestic main lines were used as male.The results indicated that:the general combination a-bility of maize inbred lines Dan LR5 and Dan LR3 were high,can be used directly.The cross combinations of Dan LR5×Dan D420,Dan LR5×Dan 717 and Dan LR3×Dan D420 had stronger heterosis,and great yield po-tential.By analyzed of genetic parameters,when maize inbred lines originated from lv-tropic domesticated were used should select high general combination ability parents,and special combination ability should be considered.
