标语是国家治理的重要载体和工具,具有价值引领、社会教育、政治动员等功能,在国家政治生活中发挥着重要作用。然而,标语的内容、发布、使用也存在种种乱象,对政府权威和国家治理造成消极影响。必须注重标语的正面宣传;进行标语的话语创新;注意标语的使用限度,做到内容健康、使用得当、传播有力,将之有效转化为民众所接受和掌握的强大思想武器。

Political slogans are an important carrier and tool of national governance,which have the functions of value orientation,social education and social mobilization,and plays an important role in national political life.However,the content,release and use of slogans are also in chaos,which has a negative impact on the government authority and national governance.We must pay attention to the positive publicity of the slogan,carry out the innovation of slogan words,focus on the use limit of slogan,make the content healthy,use properly and spread effectively,and convert it into a powerful ideological weapon accepted and mastered by the people.
