汽蚀比转速对离心泵性能与可靠性影响的探讨

摘要 汽蚀比转速是衡量离心泵对内部回流敏感程度的一个指标,关系到离心泵的吸入水力与吸入性能。汽蚀比转速值的合理选择是保证离心泵平稳高效、可靠性运行的基本数据要求。文章从汽蚀比转速的定义与准确计算及其限值的来历着手,深入分析汽蚀比转速对离心泵性能及可靠性的影响,总结不同工况下离心泵汽蚀比转速限值的合理选择,通过现代科技手段改善离心泵吸入性能,探讨基于汽蚀比转速限值优化设计与合理选用离心泵的方法。 Cavitation specific speed is an index for measuring the sensitivity of centrifugal pump to internal reflux,which is related to the suction hydraulic and suction performance of centrifugal pump;the reasonable selection of cavitation specific speed is the basic data requirement to ensure the stable,efficient and reliable operation of centrifugal pump.Starting with the definition,accurate calculation and limit value of cavitation specific speed,this paper analyzes the influence of cavitation specific speed on the performance and reliability of centrifugal pump,and summarizes the reasonable selection of cavitation specific speed limit of centrifugal pump under different working conditions.The suction performance of centrifugal pump is improved by means of modern science and technology,and the optimal design and reasonable selection of centrifugal pump based on cavitation specific speed limit are discussed.
