油色谱在线监测装置故障类型及处理方式

油色谱在线监测对于变压器内部故障可起到实时在线预警功能,近年来已得到广泛应用,但对其实际使用情况的研究几乎没有。文章主要通过对我局管辖110kV和220kV共290台油色谱在线监测装置近3年内的故障数据进行分析汇总,结合现场实际处理情况,探讨了该类装置主要的故障类型、故障发生率等。然后从数据统计、数据差异和故障现象分析,制定一套现场消缺流程,总结出一套高效的处理方式。最后通过实际案例分析,说明该处理流程的实用性,达到便捷消缺,为设备安全运行提供保障。

The oil chromatography online monitoring device has a real-time online early warning function for transformer's internal faults.It has been widely used in recent years,but there is almost no research on its actual use.This paper mainly analyzes and summarizes the fault data of 290110kV and 220kV oil chromatographic online monitoring devices under the jurisdiction of us in recent 3 years,and discusses the main fault types and fault incidence of this kind of devices according to the actual processing situation in the field.Then,we develop a set of on-site elimination procedures and sum up a set of efficient processing methods based on the analysis of data statistics,data differences and failure phenomena.Finally,an actual case analysis has been used to illustrate the practicability of the processing process,which can realize the convenient elimination,and provide guarantee for the safe operation of equipment.
