摘要
以半乳糖和薄荷醇为起始原料,设计合成了目标化合物6-O-孟氧羰基-D-半乳糖酯(I),其结构经^(1)H NMR、^(13)C NMR和ESI-MS确证,并进行了I的热裂解试验、添加于烟丝后的保润性能测试和感官评吸评价。
A new compound,6-O-Menthyloxycarbonyl-D-Galactopyranose(I),was designed and synthesized with Galactose and menthol as starting materials.The structure of I was identified by ^(1)H NMR,^(13)C NMR,and ESI-MS.The pyrolysis analysis of I was conducted.Then the moisture retentivity and the sensory quality were evaluated after I being applied to cigarette.
