摘要
人性假设是管理理论的核心基础,本文对于组织内的成员进行分类而后进行创新倾向分析,基于前景理论和量子思维的视角提出了“量子人”。“量子人”假设以前景理论和量子思维为理论基础,对组织内成员的创新倾向进行了横向以及纵向的逻辑分析及归纳。“量子人”假设为组织的管理与结构设计提供了新的理论基础,并且其对于组织成员的行为分析主要从创新倾向的角度出发,更加接近组织行为管理的现实。
The hypothesis of human nature is the core foundation of management theory.This paper classifies the members in the organization and then analyzes the innovation tendency,and puts forward“quantum man”based on the perspective of prospect theory and quantum thinking.Based on the prospect theory and quantum thinking,the hypothesis of“quantum man”makes a horizontal and vertical logical analysis and induction of the innovation tendency of the members in the organization.The hypothesis of“quantum man”provides a new theoretical basis for organizational management and structural design,and its analysis of organizational members'behavior is mainly from the perspective of innovation tendency,which is closer to the reality of organizational behavior management.
