HPV阳性女性疾病进展恐惧量表编制及信效度检验

Development of HPV Positive Female Disease Progression Fear Scale and Reliability and Validity Test

编制HPV阳性女性疾病进展恐惧量表并检验信效度。通过质性访谈、文献回顾并结合现有量表以及德尔菲专家函询法形成预测量表。采用便利抽样法选取镇江市某两所三级甲等医院门诊212例HPV阳性病人作为研究对象,检验量表的信度和效度。最终量表包含3个维度,15个条目。其维度命名依次为情感反应、生理健康、家庭社会功能。其方差累计贡献率为64.790%。量表的内容效度为0.83~1.00。总量表克朗巴哈系数为0.884,折半信度为0.763,重测信度为0.975。编制的HPV阳性女性疾病进展恐惧量表具有较好的信度、效度,可用于HPV阳性女性疾病进展恐惧现状的评估。

Compile the HPV-positive women's fear of disease progression scale and test its reliability and validity.Through qualitative interviews,literature review,combined with existing scales and Delphi expert correspondence method to form a predictive scale.Convenience sampling method was used to select 212 HPV-positive patients from outpatient clinics of two tertiary A hospitals in Zhenjiang City as the research objects to test the reliability and validity of the scale.Finally,a scale of 15 items and 3 dimensions is formed,and the dimensions are named as emotional response,physical health,and family social function.Its cumulative contribution rate of variance is 64.790%.The content validity of the scale is 0.83~1.00.The Cronbach coefficient of the total scale is 0.884,the half-reliability is 0.763,and the test-retest reliability is 0.975.The developed HPV-positive women's fear of disease progression scale has good reliability and validity,and can be used to assess the current status of disease progression fear of HPV-positive women.
