摘要
人体的核心肌群是由肩部、腰部、髋部等构成的一个整体,核心肌群的强弱,决定了身体稳定重心、保持平衡的能力,并起到连接上肢与下肢力量的作用,被称为人体的能量之源。因此,运动员针对核心部位的力量训练显得至关重要。本文以美国较为流行的新型体能训练方法进行探讨与研究,并选取安徽省运动员作为实验对象,对新型体能训练的方法与理论进行验证与建议。
The core muscle group of the human body consists of shoulders,waist,hip and so on,which determines the ability of body to maintain the center of gravity,keep balance and play the role of connecting the strength of upper and lower limbs.Based on the situation,it is called the source of energy of human body and the strength training of athletes towards this core part could be considered as a crucial activity.This paper studies the new physical training method,which is popular in the world sports powers.By selecting the athletes from Anhui Province as the experiment object,we test the new physical training method and its theory.In summary,the conclusions and suggestions of the innovation and application of new physical training can be summarized according to the data and theory.
