摘要 采用X射线衍射仪、差热分析仪、万能试验机和扫描电镜等仪器,对直径为3 mm的Zr-Al-Cu-Ni-Y大块金属玻璃进行了热力学和力学性能研究。结果表明:根据X射线衍射分析,Zr-Al-Cu-Ni-Y合金具有好的玻璃形成能力;热力学数据显示γ值与合金玻璃形成能力具有较强的关系,T_(rg)值与合金玻璃形成能力却有较弱的关系,随着Y含量增加,合金热稳定性增加。另外,Zr_(50.3)Al_(12.3)Cu_(28)Ni_(9)Y_(0.4)和Zr_(49.7)Al_(12.3)Cu_(28)Ni_(9)Y_(1)合金具有较高屈服强度、较高抗压强度以及较大塑性形变;在所研究的两个合金中,断口形貌的剪切带数量越多或锯齿流动的应力降越大时,合金的塑性形变越大。 The thermodynamics and mechanical properties of Zr-Al-Cu-Ni-Y bulk metallic glasses with a diameter of 3 mm were studied by means of X-ray diffractometer,differential thermal analyzer,universal testing machine and scanning electron microscope.The results show that Zr-Al-Cu-Ni-Y alloys have good glass forming ability according to X-ray diffraction analysis;according to the thermodynamic data,theγvalues have a good relationship with the glass forming ability of the alloys,the T_(rg) values have a weak relationship with the glass forming ability of the alloy,while with the increase of Y content,the thermal stability of the alloy increases.The Zr_(50.3)Al_(12.3)Cu_(28)Ni_(9)Y_(0.4)and Zr_(49.7)Al_(12.3)Cu_(28)Ni_(9)Y_(1)alloys have high yield strength,high compressive strength and large plastic deformation.In the present two alloys,the more the number of shear bands or the larger the stress drop of serrated flow is,the larger the plastic deformation of the alloys is.
