摘要
以内蒙古砒砂岩区13年生的平茬沙棘(Hippophae rhamnoides)为研究对象,应用微根管技术对4—10月份沙棘林地0~100 cm土层深度的沙棘细根现存量(D RL)动态进行了观测,并对其细根现存量季节分布特征与周围环境因子的关系进行研究。运用岭回归诊断各环境因子之间的多重共线问题,并构建沙棘细根现存量与环境因子间的回归模型。结果表明:①平茬沙棘D RL在土层深度0~30 cm分布较为集中,且在7、8月份达峰值。②各环境因子中,土壤含水率对沙棘D RL影响最显著,其次是空气相对湿度,而空气温度对D RL的影响最小。
With 13-a Hippophae rhamnoides in the arsenic sandstone area of Inner Mongolia was taken as the research object,the Minirhizotron technique was used to study RLD st dynamics of H.rhamnoides fine roots in the depth of 0-100 cm in the H.rhamnoides forest from April to October and the relationship between the seasonal distribution characteristics of fine root length density and the surrounding environmental factors.Ridge regression was used to diagnose multiple collinear problems among environmental factors and to construct regression model between root length density and environmental factors of H.rhamnoides root.The distribution of H.rhamnoides D RL in flat stubble was relatively concentrated at a soil depth of 0-30 cm,and it peaked in July and August.Among the various environmental factors,the effect of soil moisture on H.rhamnoides D RL was the most significant,followed by the relative humidity of the air,and the air temperature has the smallest effect on D RL.
