2018-2019年海军某医院军事训练伤门诊病例调查

A survey of military training injuries in the Outpatient Department of a certain navy hospital in 2018 and 2019

目的对海军舰艇部队官兵军事训练伤发生情况进行调查,为训练伤防控提供依据。方法收集海军某医院信息管理系统中2018-2019年因军事训练伤就诊的患者资料,对其病例、伤病种类、受伤部位、致伤科目统计及分析。结果2年中因军事训练伤就诊官兵占军人门诊就诊总数的18.39%。软组织损伤最常见,其次为骨关节损伤。训练伤发生部位下肢最多,其次为上肢。2年就诊率均出现3次高峰,分别在4月、9月和11月。陆勤官兵军事训练伤发生率高于海勤官兵。陆勤官兵体能训练所致损伤多于海勤官兵,专业训练、装备保养和执行任务所致损伤少于海勤官兵。结论预防和减少军事训练伤是部队训练和卫勤工作重点,应根据舰艇部队军事训练伤发生规律和特点进行针对性防控。

Objective To investigate the incidence of military training injuries among the commissioned and enlisted of a certain naval afloat unit,so as to provide evidence for the prevention and control of training-induced injuries.Methods The medical data of all the outpatients with training injuries in 2018 and 2019 were obtained through the information management system(IMS)of the navy hospital,and statistical analyses of injury cases,injury types and sites and injury-causing subjects were made in the study.Results In the past 2 years,the number of military training injury cases accounted for 18.39% of the total of military outpatient visits.Soft tissue injury was the most prominent injury,followed by osteoarticular injury.The lower limb injuries were the most commonly-seen injuries,followed by upper limb injuries.Three peaks of military training injury evolved in April,September and November of 2018 and 2019.The rate of military training injuries among the shore service personnel was higher than that of the sea service personnel.The percentage of injuries caused by physical training among the shore service personnel was higher than that of sea service personnel.However,injuries caused by professional training,equipment maintenance and military operations among the shore service personnel were lower than those of the sea service personnel.Conclusion Prevention and reduction of military training injuries is the focus of military training and medical service.Therefore,targeted prevention and control measures should be taken in accordance with the regular rules and features of military training injuries.
