超声心动图对稳定期慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者心脏功能检测价值的分析研究

Analysis and study on the value of cardiac function detection in stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease patients with echocardiography

目的评估超声心动图检查对稳定期慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者心功能水平的检测价值。方法研究共纳入稳定期COPD患者79名,正常健康人20名,所有病例接受肺功能检测后,按照GOLD分级标准分为GOLD I~IV 4组和正常对照组,各组病例行双盲超声心动图检查,评估左右心功能和肺动脉压的变化情况。结果稳定期COPD患者肺动脉压随气道阻塞加重程度显著增加。稳定期COPD患者不仅出现右心功能改变,左心功能也受到影响。结论超声心动图检查有助于稳定期COPD患者心功能减退的临床监测。

Objective To evaluate the value of cardiac function detection in stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)patients with echocardiography.Methods A total of 79 patients with stable COPD were included in the study.Following pulmonary function detection,the patients were divided into 4 groups(GOLD I-IV)by using the grading criteria of the Global Initiative for COPD,and 20 normal healthy subjects were designated as the normal control group.All the subjects in the 5 groups received double blind echocardiography to detect changes in left and right heart function and pulmonary artery pressure.Results Pulmonary arterial pressure in the stable COPD patients increased significantly with the aggravation of airway obstruction.There were not only changes in right ventricular function,but also clear affection in left ventricular function in the stable COPD patients.Conclusion Echocardiography is of great significance for the evaluation of cardiopulmonary function in the stable COPD patients.
