摘要
以不同分子量聚四氢呋喃醚二醇(PTMEG)和甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)为原料,分别采用不同链长的单羟基单环氧基化合物作为封端剂,制得不同结构的端环氧基聚醚型聚氨酯预聚体。通过交联密度、微相分离程度及热性能、机械性能的分析,对所制备弹性体的结构与性能之间的关系进行了研究。研究结果表明,封端剂链长和软段分子量的增加,均能提高环氧聚氨酯弹性体的拉伸性能,其拉伸强度和断裂伸长率分别可达17.93MPa与485%。本研究可为环氧聚氨酯弹性体材料的设计合成提供一定的理论参考。
Different structures of epoxy terminated polyether-base polyurethane prepolymers were synthesized by using poly-tetramethylene ether glycols(PTMEG)with different molecular weight and toluene diisocyanate(TDI) as raw materials and monohydroxy monoepoxy compounds with different chain lengths as blocking agents.Effect of the structure of the prepared elastomers on the properties was studied by analysis of crosslink density,degree of microphase separation,thermal properties and mechanical properties.The results display that the tensile properties of the epoxy polyurethane elastomers are improved as the chain length of the blocking agent and the molecular weight of the soft segment increase,and the tensile strength and elongation at break of the elastomers can reach 17.93 MPa and 485%,respectively.This investigation provides a new hint for future design and fabrication of high performance epoxy polyurethane elastomers.
