橡胶粉对复合改性沥青多尺度性能的影响 被引量:5

摘要 为使废轮胎橡胶粉(CRM)和SBS复合改性沥青之间达到高粘效果,有必要探究CRM对沥青的改性作用。将CRM以0%、6%、8%、10%、12%、14%的比例掺入到基质沥青中,同时维持4.5%SBS的掺量不变来制备复合改性沥青。运用傅里叶红外光谱分析(FTIR)、原子力显微镜分析(AFM)等多尺度测试技术对其性能进行追踪测定。研究结果表明,CRM对复合改性沥青起单纯的物理改性作用,当CRM掺量为8%时达到高粘效果。此外,随着CRM掺量的增大,复合改性沥青的性能呈现“缓慢增长—快速增长—趋于平缓”三个阶段,在CRM掺量为8%和12%附近形成两个拐点。 In order to achieve high viscosity effect of crumb rubber modifier(CRM)and SBS composite modified asphalt,it is of great significance to explore the effect of CRM on asphalt modification in composite modified asphalt.CRM was added into the matrix asphalt with 0%,6%,8%,1012% and 14%,and the content of 4.5% SBS was maintained unchanged to prepare the composite modified asphalt.Fourier Transform infrared Spectroscopy(FTIR),Atomic Force Microscopy(AFM)and other multi-scale testing methods were used to track and measure its performance.It is found that CRM had a simple physical modification effect on the composite modified asphalt.When CRM is 8%,the asphalt has high viscosity.Furthermore,the performance of the composite modified asphalt has showed three stages of“slow growth-rapid growth-to be gentle”as the CRM content increases,and two inflection points are formed near the CRM content of 8% and 12%.
