摘要
miRNA是一种存在于真核生物中的内源性短链非编码RNA,对个体发育、细胞增殖、分化、凋亡等生物学过程起重要调控作用。其可通过调控下游靶基因进而影响肿瘤的发生发展。近年来研究发现,miR-663b在很多疾病中表达异常,在胰腺癌、鼻咽癌、子宫内膜癌、膀胱癌、结直肠癌及其他肿瘤中发挥抑癌或促癌作用。该文就miR-663b在不同类型恶性肿瘤中的研究进展作一综述,对miR-663b的表达与定位,调控的靶基因及相关信号通路进行探讨,并提出了关于miR-663b在恶性肿瘤中生物标志作用的潜力。
miRNA is a kind of endogenous short-chain non-coding RNA existing in eukaryotes,which plays an important role in regulating the biological processes of ontogeny,cell proliferation,differentiation and apoptosis.It can affect the occurrence and development of tumors by regulating downstream target genes.Recent researches have found that miR-663b which plays a role in suppressing or promoting cancer in pancreatic cancer,nasopharyngeal cancer,endometrial cancer,bladder cancer,colorectal cancer and other tumors expressed abnormally.The research progress of miR-663b in different types of cancers in terms of the expression and localization of miR-663b as well as regulated target genes and related signal pathways will be introduced in this article.The diagnosticpotential of miR-663b as a biomarker in malignant tumors will be discussed as well.
