摘要
对XPS板的阻燃改性进行了研究,通过采用后处理涂覆阻燃涂层的方式评估了其燃烧行为。以改性葡萄糖酸钙(MCG)为炭源,聚磷酸铵(APP)为酸源和气源,通过复配构成膨胀阻燃体系,分析了不同配比的阻燃XPS板,当质量比APP∶MCG=3∶1时,XPS/PDA3MK的氧指数可达到32.4%(体积分数),垂直燃烧等级通过V0级,在气相及凝聚相都起到了较好的阻燃效果,赋予了XPS较高的火安全性。
The flame retardant modification of XPS board was studied, and its combustion behavior was evaluated by applying flame retardant coatings post-treatment.Using modified calcium gluconate(MCG) as the carbon source, ammonium polyphosphate(APP) as the acid source and blowing agent, the intrumescent flame retardant system is formed by compounding.The flame-retardant XPS boards with different proportions was analyzed, when the mass ratio of APP to MCG is 3∶1,the limiting oxygen index of XPS/PDA_(3)MK achieved 32.4%(volume fraction),and its vertical burning level reached V0 rating, with a better flame retardant effect in both gas phase and condensed phase, giving XPS a higher fire safety.
