两性型树枝状油田破乳剂的研究

摘要 随江汉油田采出液含水量不断升高,现场破乳剂FT1023已不能满足采油需求。将亲水性多羟基聚缩水甘油醚(HPG)或其酸酐改性产物与疏水性低聚六氟环氧丙烷聚合物(HFPO)氟化,制得两性型树枝状大分子破乳剂(HPRf系列:HPRf1、HPRf2、HPRf3、HPRf4)。表征测试结果表明,将疏水性HFPO引入HP系列末端可有效提升大分子的破乳效果,其中HPRf2对江汉油田采出液破乳效果最好,破乳性能优于FT1023,最宜使用条件为:使用温度65℃,用量75 mg/L,破乳150 min基本脱水完全,脱出水含油量低于20 mg/L,可直接用作三次采油回注水。研究表明破乳剂HPRf2能满足江汉油田采油需求。 With the water content of produced fluid increasing in Jianghan oilfield,FT1023 the field demulsifer could no longer meet the requirements of oil production.Amphoteric dendrimer demulsifers(HPRf series:HPRf1,HPRf2,HPRf3,HPRf4)could be prepared by hydrophilic polyglycidyl ether(HPG)or its acid anhydride modified products fluorination with hexafluoropropylene oxide(HFPO).Introducing hydrophobic HFPO into the end of HP series could improving there demulsification performance which obtained from characterizations and tests,among them HPRf2 with the best dumulsification which was better than demulsifier FT1023 and the optimum condition of HPRf2 was temperature at 65℃and the dosage of 75 mg/L,in which basically dehydrated in 150 min and oil content in the dehydrated water was below 20 mg/L which can be used as tertiary oil recovery reinjection water.Research shown that HPRf2 can meet the requirements of Jianghan oilfield.
