摘要
从SAPO-34分子筛催化剂在甲醇制烯烃(MTO)反应中的积炭行为与形成机理出发,分析了积炭对催化剂、MTO反应及在工业应用中的影响,以催化剂改性和工艺技术两个角度系统总结了现有MTO反应过程中积炭调控的主要方式,为新型催化剂的开发及工艺技术优化提升提供了研究依据和参考。
Based on the coke behavior and formation mechanism of SAPO-34 molecular sieve in methanol to olefin(MTO)reaction,the influence of coke on catalyst,MTO reaction and industrial application were analyzed in detailed.The main ways of coke control in MTO reaction were summarized from catalyst modification and process technology,which also provided the reference for the new catalyst development and process optimization.
