百万扩招背景下高职教材建设路径探究——基于《职业院校教材管理办法》政策文本解析

Research on the Construction Path of Higher Vocational Teaching Materials under the Background of Million Enrollment Expansion——Analysis of the Policy Text Based on the Measures for the Management of Teaching Materials in Vocational Colleges

基于百万扩招背景下高职教育产生的巨大变革契机,深入探讨了高职教材建设及改革的应然性。结合现阶段高职教材建设面临的困境,在论述高职教材建设趋向特征基础上,从国家《职业院校教材管理办法》政策文本分析入手,紧密关联当下高职教材建设的关键切入点,提出基于文本解析的五点实施路径,并在此研究基础上展望了未来高职教材建设及治理的方向,期望使得教材建设更好地成为促进"三教"改革的重要支撑,从而推动我国现代职业教育向高质量、内涵式、创新型、特色化转型发展。

Based on the huge opportunity of reform in higher vocational education under the background of million enrollment expansion,this paper deeply discusses the necessity of the construction and reform of higher vocational teaching materials.Combined with the difficulties faced by the construction of higher vocational teaching materials at the present stage,on the basis of demonstrating the characteristics of the construction trend of higher vocational teaching materials,starting from the analysis of the policy text of the national Measures for the Management of Teaching Materials in Vocational Colleges,and closely related to the current situation of the construction of higher vocational teaching materials,it puts forward five implementation paths based on text analysis,and looks forward to the future direction of higher vocational teaching material construction and governance,hoping to make the teaching material construction a better important support to promote the"Three Reforms"in education,so as to promote the high-quality,connotative,innovative and characteristic transformation and development of modern vocational education in China.
