整省推进背景下山东高职教育提质创新发展的战略审思——基于2020全国高职院校发展状态数据的监测与评价

摘要 高职教育具有鲜明的区域性特征,根据各地高职教育的区域性发展特征及差异因地制宜地施策极为重要。利用2020全国高职院校发展状态监测与评价大数据,综合使用雷达图、箱形图和小提琴图等统计分析方法,定量评价了山东省高职教育的发展状况。研究发现:(1)无论是数量还是质量,山东省高职教育的发展已走在全国前列;(2)和全国其他地区的高职教育相比,山东的优势指标主要体现在建筑面积、占地面积、图书总量、专职教师数、国家级教学团队、在校生人数、职业院校技能大赛等方面,弱势指标主要在于CSSCI论文、CSCD论文、发明专利、课题等科研方面以及教师教学竞赛等方面;(3)各高职院校之间的发展差异也很明显。各高职院校应该在国家、省、市政策文件的指导下,进一步根据自己的优劣势指标分析来制定发展良策。 Higher vocational education has distinct regional characteristics,and it is extremely important to implement measures according to local conditions based on the regional development characteristics and differences in various regions.This paper uses the big data of monitoring and evaluation of the national higher vocational education development status in 2020,and combines with statistical analysis methods such as radar chart,box chart and violin plot,to quantitatively evaluate the development status of higher vocational education in Shandong Province.It is found that:(1)In both quantity and quality,the development of higher vocational education in Shandong Province has been at the forefront of the country.(2)Compared with other parts of the country,Shandong’s advantages are mainly reflected in building space and campus area,library collection,faculty number,national teaching team,student number,and vocational college skills competition etc.,whereas the weakness indicators mainly lie in the scientific research aspects such as CSSCI papers,CSCD papers,invention patents,research projects,and teaching competitions.(3)The development differences among vocational colleges are also very distinct.Under the guidance of national,provincial and municipal policy documents,each vocational college should further formulate good development strategies based on its own advantages and disadvantages.
