网络学习空间教师的在线行为评测建模研究

Research on Modeling of Online Behavior Evaluation for Teachers in Online Learning Space

教师在线行为影响学生的学习效果和课堂教学质量。在网络学习空间建设与应用基础上,运用层次分析法对教师在线行为进行权重分析,建立基于网络学习空间的教师在线行为评测模型。所构建的评测模型包括空间教学准备能力、空间教学组织能力和空间自我发展能力3个一级指标,涵盖了23个二级指标,能对教师在线行为进行精准测量。评测模型能够满足教师在线行为评测分析的需求,协助管理者对教师进行精准评价。

Teachers’online behavior affects students’learning effect and classroom teaching quality.Based on the construction and application of the network learning space,the weight analysis of the online teacher behavior is carried out by the analytic hierarchy process,and the evaluation model of the online teacher behavior based on the network learning space is established.The evaluation model constructed includes three first-level indicators of space teaching preparation ability,space teaching organization ability and space selfdevelopment ability,and covers 23 second-level indicators,which can accurately measure the online behavior of teachers.The evaluation model can meet the needs of online behavior evaluation and analysis of teachers and assist managers in accurate evaluation of teachers.
