摘要
目前广泛采用的汽车生产企业车均CO_(2)排放量评价方法没有区分车辆类型及其整备质量大小,故其难以准确评价不同类型及其整备质量车辆的CO_(2)排放。为了提高评价汽车产品生产过程产生的CO_(2)排放水平的准确性,提出了一个新的评价参数—单位能耗CO_(2)排放因子,以弥补车均CO_(2)排放量评价方法的不足。结果表明:单位能耗CO_(2)排放因子可由汽车产品生产过程中的能源消耗量和其产生的CO_(2)排放量二者的拟合直线求出,其值不受汽车企业生产汽车产品型号、种类和工艺等的影响;其值越小,CO_(2)排放量越少;单位能耗CO_(2)排放因子的大小与能源和耗能工质中清洁能源使用比例密切相关,清洁能源使用比例越大,其值越小。
At present,the widely used evaluation method of average CO_(2) emission per vehicle of automobile manufacturers does not distinguish between vehicle types and their curb mass,so it is difficult to accurately evaluate CO_(2) emission level of different of vehicle type and crub mass.In order to improve the accuracy of evaluating the CO_(2) emission level produced in the production process of automobile products,a new evaluation parameter,CO_(2) emission factor per unit energy consumption,is proposed.This new evaluation parameter can make up for the deficiency of the evaluation method of vehicle average CO_(2) emission.The results show that the CO_(2) emission factor per unit energy consumption can be obtained from the fitting straight line between the energy consumption in the production process of automobile products and the CO_(2) emissions produced by it,and its value is not affected by the model,type and process of automobile products produced by automobile companies.The smaller the value,the less CO_(2) emissions;the size of the CO_(2) emission factor per unit energy consumption is closely related to the proportion of clean energy use in energy and energy-consuming working fluids.The larger the proportion of clean energy use,the smaller its value.
