摘要
文章以山西省路面改造工程为例,对RAP材料的物理力学性能进行了测试分析,介绍了新材料的性能、配合比设计、混合料性能及配合比、运输、摊铺、碾压等施工工艺细节,阐述了应用的全过程,在使用效益方面,旧沥青路面铣刨料经冷再生后用于路面改造施工,不仅具有良好的路用性能,而且经济与社会效益明显,可为实现“绿色交通”发展目标积蓄动能。
Taking the road reconstruction project in Shanxi Province as an example,the article tests and analyzes the physical and mechanical properties of RAP materials,and introduces the properties of new materials,mix ratio design,mixture properties and mix ratios,transportation,paving,rolling and other construction techniques The details describe the entire application process.In terms of use benefits,the old asphalt pavement milling material is used for pavement reconstruction after being cold recycled.It not only has good road performance,but also has obvious economic and social benefits,which can be used to achieve"green"The development goal of“Transportation”accumulates momentum.
