重锤补夯技术在高陡高液高填限路面施工中的应用研究

摘要 文章阐述了高液限岩土特性及重锤补夯作用原理,基于工程案例,从夯数设置、机具选择、施夯遍数、施工操作要点以及施夯环保注意事项等方面,总结梳理高陡高液高填限路面工程施工中应用重锤补夯的技术要点,并通过功效检测,验证了该操作技术的工程适用性。采用重锤补夯法施工功效突出、工期较短、经济效益好、工艺简单,针对难以把控施工质量、压密岩土体以及高陡高填路面结构施工后沉降等问题能够较好的处理。 The article describes the characteristics of high liquid limit rock and soil and the principle of heavy hammer supplementary ramming.Based on the engineering case,it summarizes and summarizes the ramming number setting,machine selection,ramming times,construction operation points,and environmental protection precautions for ramming.The technical points of applying heavy hammer repair ramming in the construction of high-steep,high-liquid,high-fill-limit pavement,and the efficacy test verified the engineering applicability of the operation technology.The use of heavy hammer compensation method has outstanding construction efficiency,short construction period,good economic benefits,and simple technology.It can better deal with problems such as difficulty in controlling construction quality,compacted rock and soil,and settlement of high-steep and high-filled pavement structures after construction.
