高速公路改扩建工程反开挖段水稳基层施工工艺研究 被引量:2

摘要 高速公路改扩建工程中反开挖段基层施工所面临的制约因素较多,施工效率低,直接影响工程的总工期。在济青高速公路改扩建工程中,通过采用大厚度摊铺和压实、僚机侧向输送混合料、两套设备前后梯队摊铺和水泥浆智能喷洒等工艺。经检测,该工艺能够达到正常厚度水稳施工效果,在反开挖部位摊铺过程中,僚机侧向输送混合料的施工工艺解决了料车进出困难、料车衔接供应中断、损伤拼宽台阶和基底等技术难题,节约了工程成本,经济效率和社会效益显著。 In the reconstruction and expansion project of expressway,there are many restrictive factors in the construction of the reverse excavation section,and the construction efficiency is low,which directly affects the total construction period of the project.In the reconstruction and expansion project of Jiqing Expressway,technologies such as large-thickness paving and compaction,lateral conveying of mixture by wingman,two sets of equipment front and rear echelon paving,and intelligent spraying of cement slurry are adopted.After testing,the process can achieve the normal thickness and water-stable construction effect.During the paving process of the reverse excavation part,the construction process of the wingman laterally conveying the mixed material solves the difficulty of entering and exiting the feeder,the interruption of the feeder connection supply,and the damage to the wide step.Technical problems such as the foundation and the foundation have saved engineering costs,and the economic efficiency and social benefits are significant.
