摘要
LED灯的环境可靠性、光效以及光通量维持率可靠性是当前市场的关注重点。本文从灯具结构设计上比较了道路南北两侧有无玻璃面罩的两款LED路灯,旨在探究玻璃面罩对灯具性能的影响。将两款不同使用年限的LED灯进行返厂实测,根据灯具清洁前后光效、光通量变化率以及污染光损差异的数据,得到玻璃面罩对LED灯具性能的影响。结果表明,玻璃面罩能有效维持LED灯光效和光通量,防护性能好,且比无玻璃面罩LED灯更易清洗维护。经济性上生产成本虽增加,但维修成本下降。这为LED灯性能保持提供了一定程度上的结构设计参考。
The environmental reliability,luminous efficiency and luminous flux maintenance reliability of LED lamps are the focus of the current market.This article compares two LED street lamps with or without glass masks on the north and south sides of the road from the structural design of the lamps,and aims to explore the influence of the glass masks on the performance of the lamps.The two LED lamps with different service life were returned to the factory for actual measurement.According to the data of the luminous efficiency,luminous flux change rate and pollution light loss difference before and after the luminaire was cleaned,the influence of the glass mask on the performance of the LED luminaire was obtained.The results show that the glass mask can effectively maintain the LED light effect and luminous flux,has good protection performance,and is easier to clean and maintain than the glass-less LED lamp.Economically,although the production cost has increased,the maintenance cost has decreased.This provides a certain degree of structural design reference for the performance of the LED lamp.
