摘要
地铁隧道岔线区间射流风机主要作用是在区间火灾事故时协助车站端部隧道风机进行隧道气流组织,其作为隧道风机的辅助通风设备,存在利用率低、用电负荷大、养护维修不便以及侵限或脱落风险等问题。本文以天津地铁2号线为例,通过对岔线区间隔断门门体稳定性、控制可靠性等关键技术的研究,表明在地铁隧道岔线区间设置隔断门代替射流风机的方案在技术上、经济上是可行的;岔线隔断门和射流风机比较具有安全节能、使用寿命长、便于养护维修等显著优点。
The main function of the jet fan in the siding section of subway tunnel is to assist tunnel fan in end of the station to organize airflow in the fire accident.As an auxiliary tunnel ventilation equipment,the jet fan has some disadvantages as low utilization ratio,high load power,inconvenient maintenance and risks of invasion or fall off,etc.Taking Tianjin Metro Line 2 as an example,through the research on the key technologies of the stability and the control reliability of fire-blocking door in siding section,it shows that the scheme of replacing jet fan with fire-blocking door is feasible in technology and economy.Compared with the jet fan,the fire-blocking door has the advantages of safe energy-saving,long service life,and easy maintenance.
