摘要
针对运动船舶LNG分层翻滚过程,应用计算流体力学方法,采用标准湍流模型和mixture模型进行数值模拟,在此基础上应用热力学第二定律熵产分析法,对不同运动状态下船舶LNG分层翻滚过程进行熵产研究,并对LNG分层翻滚过程中能量及动量损失进行定性分析。研究结果表明:液体流动熵产率呈周期性变化,流动熵产率随船舶运动幅值增大而增大,随船舶运动周期增大而减小;传热熵产值随运动幅值增大而减小,随运动周期减小而减小。
Based on the computational fluid mechanics method and the standard turbulence model and mixture model,the entropy production analysis method of the second law of thermodynamics was applied to analyze the entropy production of the process of stratification and rollover in the liquid LNG tank under different motion states.The loss of energy and momentum in the process of stratification and rollover of LNG is analyzed qualitatively.The results show that the entropy production rate of liquid flow changes periodically,and it increases with the increase of tank motion amplitude and decreases with the increase of tank motion period.The output value of heat transfer entropy decreases with the increase of motion amplitude,and it decreases with the decrease of motion period.
