丁酸钠和三丁酸甘油酯在养殖动物中的研究进展

Research Progress of Sodium Butyrate and Tributyrinin Farm Animals

集约化养殖以及环境污染等原因导致的养殖动物疾病问题给养殖业造成了巨大的经济损失。使用抗生素的方法解决养殖动物疾病,在国际上饱受争议,很多国家已经限制或禁止抗生素在养殖动物中的使用。丁酸钠和三丁酸甘油酯作为两种重要的短链脂肪酸衍生物,具有抑制炎症和保护动物肠道健康等功能,可作为替代抗生素的绿色饲料添加剂。本文从肠道结构、免疫能力和抗氧化能力方面,综述了丁酸钠和三丁酸甘油酯在养殖动物中的作用效果,以期为绿色环保高效配合饲料开发提供参考。

Farm animal diseases caused by intensive farming and pollution have caused huge economic losses.The use of antibiotics to solve diseases in farm animals was controversial internationally,in thus many countries restricted or banned the use of antibiotics in farm animals.Sodium butyrate and tributyrin are two important short-chain fatty acid derivatives,which have functions such as inhibiting inflammation and protecting the intestinal health of animals,and act as a green additive instead of antibiotics.In this paper,the effects of sodium butyrate and tributyrin in farm animals were reviewed from aspects of intestinal structure,immunity and antioxidant capacity,in order to provide reference for the development of green,environment-friendly and efficient formula feed.
