新时代高职师生携手融入“党建+”育人新模式的路径探索

On the Way of Vocational College Teachers and Students Integrating into the“Party Building”in the New Era

新时代,我国高职教育正面临新一轮的机遇和挑战,育人环境和育人条件的新变化,要求高职院校全面加强党的建设,落实立德树人根本任务。高职师生如何携手融入"党建+"育人新模式,成为高职院校亟待解决的问题。文章以高职院校师生党支部为研究对象,阐述了师生党建工作现状及主要问题,并从"党建+"角度提出了相应的解决对策,旨在探索全面提升我国高职院校育人质量的有效途径。

The paper holds that the new changes in educational environment and conditions in the new era require higher vocational colleges to comprehensively strengthen Party building and implement the fundamental task of cultivating people by virtue.How to join hands by teachers and students to integrate into the new mode of"Party building"education has become an urgent task in vocational colleges.The authors of the paper take the Party branches of teachers and students in vocational colleges as the research object to explore the present situation of the Party building in vocational colleges and put forward some measures,tending to provide a new way to improve the quality of education in vocational colleges in China.
