摘要
本研究旨在以商务英语专业人才就业现状和社会需求调研结果为依据,针对入校新生英语基础水平差别日益扩大的生源现状,确立师文译贸、国际商务和跨境电商三个专业方向,通过修订人才培养目标和课程体系,拓展动态人才分类培养机制,采用开放性测试+个人意向双标准,分梯度开设局部动态平行专业方向分班细化课程群,开展分类课程评价契合度研究,形成一种新型的按能力、兴趣和发展方向等多重依据为分类的专业人才动态培养模式,并通过实证研究加以证实。
The purpose of the study is to establish three professional directions for business English major in vocational colleges:translation and trade,international business and cross-border e-commerce based on the results of the survey on the employment status and social needs of business English professionals.The paper proposes that a new dynamic training model of professional talents classified according to ability,interest and development direction can be formed by revising the training goal and curriculum system for vocational colleges,perfecting the mechanism of talent classification training,adopting the open test+personal intention standard,setting up a dynamic parallel direction for business English major to refine the courses,and carrying out the research on the classified evaluation.
