“Three classes”Promoting the Quality and Balanced Development of Compulsory Education:Evolution History,Strategic Value,Connotation Interpretation and Conceptual Framework

摘要 “三个课堂”是中国教育信息化20年来扎根本土之实践探索的结晶,其演进历史集中展现了利用信息技术促进义务教育优质均衡发展的中国智慧。文章指出,“三个课堂”的战略价值集中体现在实现教育公共服务均等化、为“三通两平台”深化发展和网络学习空间创新应用提供战略支撑、推动教育与教学模式创新等方面。文章还提出,当前“三个课堂”应用日益呈现出三位一体、融合发展的趋势,构成了一个耦合发展、良性循环、相互赋能的生态系统——这一生态系统以“互联网+在地化”理念为引领,借助“双师协同”策略,以推进课堂革命为核心,促进义务教育优质均衡发展。 “Three classes”is the culmination of the practical exploration of China’s education over the past 20 years,and its evolution history highlighted the Chinese wisdom of using information technology to promote the quality and balance development of compulsory education.The strategic value of“three classrooms”was mainly reflected in realizing the equalization of education public service,providing strategic support for the deepening development of“three supplies two platforms”and the innovative application of e-learning space,and advancing the innovation of education and teaching mode.It was also pointed out in this paper that the current application of“three classes”increasingly showed the trend of trinity and integrated development,and formed a coupling development,virtuous circle and mutual empowerment of ecosystem.The ecosystem was guided by the idea of“Internet+localization”and took the promotion of classroom revolution as the core with the help of the strategy of“double-teacher cooperation”,promoting the quality and balanced development of compulsory education.
