针刀配合膏药贴敷治疗膝骨关节炎的临床观察

Clinical Observation of Acupotomy Combined with Plaster Application in Treating KOA

目的:观察针刀配合膏药贴敷治疗膝骨关节炎(KOA)的临床疗效。方法:将符合纳入标准的60例KOA患者按照随机数字表随机分为两组,针刀组30例采用针刀配合通络骨质宁膏治疗,针灸组30例采用针灸配合通络骨质宁膏治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后VAS评分,Lylsholm和WOMAC膝关节评分的变化情况。结果:治疗3周后,VAS评分、Lylsholm和WOMAC膝关节评分较治疗前均有不同程度改善(P<0.05),且针刀组改善情况优于针灸组(P<0.05),差异具有统计学意义。结论:针刀配合通络骨质宁膏治疗KOA,患者疼痛、关节活动等功能均得到较明显改善,取得了满意的效果,值得临床应用推广。

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of acupotomy combined with plaster application in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis(KOA).Methods:60 cases of KOA met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with acupuncture combined with Tongluo Guzhining Plaster,whereas the observation group was treated with acupotomy combined with Tongluo Guzhining Plaster.The scores of VAS,Lylsholm and WOMAC were compared between before and after the treatment in the two groups.Results:After 3 weeks of the treatment,the scores of VAS,Lylsholm and WOMAC were all improved to varying degrees compared to those before the treatment in the two groups(P<0.05),and the improvements were more significant in the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupotomy combined with Tongluo Guzhining Plaster can significantly alleviate pain and improve mobility function of the knee joints in the treatment of KOA,which is worthy of further clinical application and promotion.
