甲泼尼龙联合阿奇霉素治疗重症肺炎的效果研析

Effect of methylprednisolone combined with azithromycin in the treatment of severe pneumonia

目的:探讨用甲泼尼龙联合阿奇霉素治疗重症肺炎的效果。方法:将近年来佛山市高明区人民医院收治的106例重症肺炎患者纳入本研究。随机将其分为观察组与对照组。对两组患者均进行化痰、平喘、吸氧等常规治疗,在此基础上用阿奇霉素对对照组患者进行治疗,用甲泼尼龙联合阿奇霉素对观察组患者进行治疗,然后比较两组患者的疗效及各项临床指标。结果:治疗后,观察组患者的白细胞(WBC)计数和血清C反应蛋白(CRP)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、白细胞介素-8(IL-8)的水平均低于对照组患者,其退热、肺部阴影消失、咳嗽消失和肺部啰音消失的时间均短于对照组患者,P<0.05。观察组患者治疗的总有效率高于对照组患者,P<0.05。结论:在对重症肺炎患者进行常规治疗的基础上,用甲泼尼龙联合阿奇霉素对其进行治疗能快速缓解其临床症状,减轻其炎症反应,提高其疗效。

Objective:To investigate the effect of methylprednisolone combined with azithromycin in the treatment of severe pneumonia.Methods:106 patients with severe pneumonia admitted to Gaoming District People’s Hospital of Foshan in recent years were included in this study.They were randomly divided into observation group and control group.Patients in the two groups were treated with phlegm-reducing,antiasthmatic,oxygen inhalation and other conventional treatments.On this basis,patients in the control group were treated with azithromycin,and patients in the observation group were treated with methylprednisolone combined with azithromycin.Then the efficacy and various clinical indicators of the two groups were compared.Results:after treatment,the observation group of patients with white blood cells(WBC)count,and serum c-reactive protein(CRP)and interleukin 6(IL-6)and interleukin 8(IL-8)levels are lower than the control group patients,its antifebrile,lung shadow disappear,cough and lung’s disappearing time is shorter than the control group patients,P<0.05.The total effective rate of observation group was higher than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:On the basis of conventional treatment for patients with severe pneumonia,methylprednisolone combined with azithromycin can quickly relieve their clinical symptoms,reduce their inflammatory response and improve their efficacy.
