用经阴道超声检查、多层螺旋CT检查和磁共振检查诊断宫颈癌的准确性对比 被引量:3

Comparison of the accuracy of transvaginal ultrasonography, multislice CT and magnetic resonance in the diagnosis of cervical cancer

摘要 目的:对比用经阴道超声检查、多层螺旋CT(MSCT)检查和磁共振(MRI)检查诊断宫颈癌的准确性。方法:选取2017年7月至2020年8月期间在四川省达州市中西医结合医院接受检查的31例宫颈癌患者作为研究的对象。对这31例患者进行经阴道超声检查、MSCT检查和MRI检查,然后对其进行病理检查,并将其进行病理检查的结果作为最终的诊断结果。比较用经阴道超声检查、MSCT检查和MRI检查诊断宫颈癌的准确率、敏感度、特异度以及诊断宫颈癌分期的准确率和诊断宫颈癌侵润情况的准确率。结果:与进行经阴道超声检查和MSCT检查相比,用MRI检查诊断宫颈癌的准确率、敏感度、特异度以及诊断宫颈癌分期的准确率和诊断宫颈癌侵润情况的准确率均更高,P<0.05。结论:与进行经阴道超声检查和MSCT检查相比,用MRI检查诊断宫颈癌不仅准确率较高,而且能准确地发现宫颈癌的分期及其侵润情况。 Objective:To compare the accuracy of transvaginal ultrasound,multislice spiral CT(MSCT)and magnetic resonance(MRI)in the diagnosis of cervical cancer.METHODS:A total of 31 patients with cervical cancer who underwent examination in Dazhou Hospital of Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine from July 2017 to August 2020 were selected as the subjects.Transvaginal ultrasonography,MSCT,and MRI were performed in all 31 patients,followed by pathologic examination,and the results of pathologic examination were used as the final diagnosis.The accuracy,sensitivity and specificity of transvaginal ultrasonography,MSCT and MRI in the diagnosis of cervical cancer,the accuracy of cervical cancer staging and the accuracy of cervical cancer invasion were compared.Results:Compared with transvaginal ultrasonography and MSCT examination,MRI examination had higher accuracy,sensitivity,specificity,diagnosis accuracy of cervical cancer stage and diagnosis accuracy of cervical cancer invasion(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with transvaginal ultrasonography and MSCT examination,MRI examination is not only more accurate in the diagnosis of cervical cancer,but also can accurately find the stage and invasion of cervical cancer.
