加味归脾汤治疗良性阵发性位置性眩晕的疗效观察

Observation on the curative effect of jiawei guipi decoction on benign pa roxysmal positional vertigo

目的:分析用加味归脾汤对良性阵发性位置性眩晕患者进行治疗的效果。方法:将2018年1月至2020年1月期间西安市高陵区中医医院收治的96例良性阵发性位置性眩晕患者作为研究对象。将这96例患者随机分为对照组(n=48)和观察组(n=48)。对两组患者均使用西药及手法复位疗法进行治疗。在此基础上,为观察组患者加用加味归脾汤进行治疗。然后,对比两组患者的临床疗效、中医证候积分及眩晕症状积分。结果:接受治疗后,与对照组患者相比,观察组患者治疗的总有效率更高,其中医证候积分及眩晕症状积分均更低,P<0.05。结论:用加味归脾汤对良性阵发性位置性眩晕患者进行辅助治疗的效果确切,可有效地改善其临床症状,提高其临床疗效。

Objective:To analyze the effect of Jiawei Guipi Decoction in the treatment of patients with benign paroxysmal positional vertigo.METHODS:From January 2018 to January 2020,96 patients with BPD in Gaoling Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Xi‘an were enrolled as the research subjects.The 96 patients were randomly divided into control group(n=48)and observation group(n=48).Both groups were treated with western medicine and manual reduction therapy.On this basis,the observation group was additionally treated with Jiawei Guipi Decoction.Then,the clinical efficacy,TCM syndrome score and vertigo symptom score were compared between the two groups.Results:After receiving treatment,compared with the control group,the total effective rate of the observation group was higher,and the scores of TCM syndrome and vertigo symptoms were lower(P<0.05).Conclusion:Jiawei Guipi Decoction is effective in the adjuvant treatment of patients with benign paroxysmal positional vertigo,which can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and improve the clinical efficacy.
