摘要
爱德旺斯对新精达的治理路线采用的是高浓度废气和低浓度废气分开治理的方式,对印刷机和复合机的高浓度废气采用RTO进行处理,通过对印刷机全自动LEL减风增浓,并经过RTO处理产生的余热进行余热回用,达到99.5%的处理效率,排放低于30mg,实现稳定超低排放,同时极大限度地实现了余热回用的经济效益。
The treatment route for Xinjingda adopts the method of separate treatment of high-concentration waste gas and low-concentration waste gas.The high-concentration waste gas of printing presses and laminating machines is treated by RTO,and the printing press is fully automatic LEL to reduced the wind and increase the concentration,and reuse the waste heat generated by RTO treatment,reaching a treatment efficiency of 99.5%,and the emission is less than 30mg,achieving stable and ultra-low emissions,while maximizing the economic benefits of waste heat reuse.
