多功能小型化快速气相色谱-飞行时间质谱仪的研制和初步性能测试

Development and preliminary performance test of a multifunctional miniaturized fast gas chromatography-time of flight mass spectrometer

摘要 目的研制一种多功能小型化快速气相色谱-飞行时间质谱仪,用于环境监测、生化战剂检测、农药残留快检等现场应急检测领域。方法基于快速气相色谱和飞行时间质谱技术,结合气体直接进样口和分流/不分流进样口,对电控系统和机械结构等部件进行高度集成设计,搭建整机并进行初步性能测试。结果完成了仪器整机设计、搭建和初步性能测试;研制的仪器外形尺寸为56 cm×43 cm×35 cm,最快升温速率可达150℃/min,分析周期在10 min内;初步性能测试结果表明,该仪器能在7 min内完成对57种挥发性有机物(VOC)的快速精准检测,且检出限均在0.5 ppb以下,其中56种VOC在2.00~50.00 ppb范围内线性良好,线性相关系数均>0.99,54种VOC相对偏差在20%内(n=7)。结论研制了小型化快速气相色谱-飞行时间质谱仪,可实现对VOC的快速精准检测,有望应用于环境监测、生化战剂检测、农药残留快检等现场检测分析领域,弥补常规技术在现场应急检测中的局限性。 Objective To develop a multifunctional miniaturized fast gas chromatography-time of flight mass spectrometer for on-site emergency detection such as environmental monitoring,biochemical warfare agent detection,and pesticide residues rapid detection.Methods The instrument was based on fast gas chromatography and time of flight mass spectrometry technology,which combined the gas inlet with the split/non-split inlet,with a highly integrated design of electronic control system and mechanical structure.Then,the complete machine was built and put to preliminary performance test.Results The design,construction,and preliminary performance test of the instrument were completed.The overall size of the developed instrument was 56 cm×43 cm×35 cm.The fastest heating rate could reach 150℃/min and the analysis period was within 10 min.The developed instrument could complete rapid and accurate detection of 57 kinds of VOCs within 7 minutes.The detection limits of the instrument for 57 kinds of VOCs were all below 0.5 ppb,and the linearities of 56 kinds of VOCs were good in the range of 2.00-50.00 ppb with all the correlation coefficients more than 0.99.The relative deviations of 54 kinds of VOCs were all within 20%(n=7).Conclusion The developed miniaturized fast gas chromatography-time of flight mass spectrometer is capable of rapid detection of VOCs.The instrument can be potentially applied to environmental monitoring,biochemical warfare agent detection,rapid detection of pesticide residues,and other on-site emergency detections to make up for the limitations of conventional technology.
