废热锅炉陶瓷套管破裂原因分析与技术改进

摘要 介绍了某酸性气处理装置燃烧炉废热锅炉烘炉后耐火衬里的整体状况,分析了其管板处陶瓷套管破裂的原因,针对耐火可塑料烧后收缩撕裂陶瓷套管的问题采取了修复措施,并对现有陶瓷套管结构进行改进,建议在耐火可塑料表面留设伸缩缝,以引导裂纹在非关键区集中释放。 The overall conditions of the refractory lining after dry⁃out of the waste heat boiler in the furnace of a sour gas treatment unit are outlined,the cause for the rupture of ceramic sleeve is analyzed at the tube sheet.Repair measures are taken for the problem that the ceramic sleeve is torn after firing of the refractory plastic material.The improvement is made for the construction of the existing ceramic sleeve.It is recommended that expansion joint should be provided at the surface of the refractory plastic material,so as to guide the cracking to be released at non⁃critical areas.
